First State Bank Shannon Polo Lake Carroll has announced the promotion of Karlie Krogman-Swalve to the role of Financial Analyst.
Over the past year, Karlie has shown exceptional dedication, growth, and initiative since beginning her journey with us as a Financial Services Associate / Management Trainee. Karlie plays a key role in Analyzing and Underwriting our Commercial & Agricultural Loans. She has also learned many aspects of Bank Operations. She recently completed a 16-week course in Analyzing Financial Statements as well as an Introduction to Agricultural Lending, further strengthening her skills and value to our team. Her passion for learning, eagerness to contribute, and strong analytical mindset have set her apart as a key asset to our organization.
